Rooms are held at a discounted rate for attendees, but availability may be limited, so it's advisable to book early. Make sure you mention the event code S11REFL for a discounted rate if calling in to book.
In addition to the overall room total, the credit card presented at check-in will also be authorized for $75 per night to cover the hotel deposit. A three night stay is a $225 authorization. This amount is an authorization only but can take 3 to 7 business days to be credited back to the guest’s account. As long as the guest does not have any incidental charges or damages, the full deposit amount will be returned.
